Getting Started 

  • How do I sign in? 
    Select “Log in to purchase” on the service purchase page, or select Sign in at the top of the website. 
    You’ll then be prompted to enter your SolarEdge account credentials. 
  • Forgot your password? 
    On the signin page, select Forgot your password? 
    We’ll send you a verification code to securely reset your password. 
  • Can I place an order as a guest? 
    Yes. Select Continue as Guest on the product purchase page. 
    For the best experience, we recommend creating or signing in to your SolarEdge account so you can easily track your order history and access invoices. 

 

Pricing & Payment 

  • What payment methods do you accept? 
    We accept major credit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay will be available at a later date. 
  • Is my payment information secure? 
    Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a leading global payment platform certified as a PCI DSS Level1 Service Provider, the highest level of security in the payments industry. Your payment information is encrypted and handled directly by Stripe, so sensitive card details are not stored on our servers. 

Orders & Fulfillment 

  • What happens after I place my order? 
    You will receive a confirmation email right away with your order details. From there, we will begin processing your order. 
  • How long does processing take? 
    Most orders are processed shortly after purchase. Timelines specific to your order will be clearly communicated in your confirmation email. 
  • Where can I see my order history? 
    If you created an account, log in anytime to view your order history, receipts, and updates. You can also reference your confirmation email. 

 

Changes, Cancellations & Returns 

  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?

  • How do I change or cancel my order after purchase? 
    Email store-us-contact@solaredge.com with your order number and the reason for your cancellation. Our support team will review your request and contact you to assist.
