Get your system ready for a SolarEdge Power Care plan. This service starts with a remote assessment of your system's components and performance, followed by an on-site visit to troubleshoot and, where applicable, repair or replace SolarEdge products covered under the SolarEdge Limited Product Warranty using genuine SolarEdge parts. We will manage any applicable Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process as needed. Following the visit, you'll receive a summary report documenting the issues identified and the work performed.

If your site is determined not to meet the eligibility requirements for this service plan, SolarEdge will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
